Why now · in 100 peopleStep 1 of 5

75 of 100 use AI at work.

AI isn’t new anymore. Three in four knowledge workers already use it.

Use AI at work
Same tool. Different skill.

Two people. Same task. Same AI.

The taskSend a client last quarter’s results
Takes the answer as is
Asks

“Write a summary of our Q3 results.”

AI says

“Revenue grew 40% this quarter.” (Not in the data.)

Then

Sends it as is.

Result

Client: “Where does 40% come from?”

Uses it well
Asks

“Use only these numbers. Flag anything you’re unsure of. Five lines.”

AI says

“Growth isn’t in the data you gave me, so I left it out.”

Then

Checks the totals and adds the real growth figure.

Result

Sent in 15 minutes. Every number checks out.

That difference is what the interview measures. Which one are you?

What it tests

Not what you know about AI. How you work with it.

Five skills, asked through your own kind of work. Your field changes the questions, never the standard.

01Knowing what to hand off

Which tasks go to AI, and which stay with a person.

02Asking well

Context, goal and limits, until the output is exactly what’s needed.

03Spotting what’s wrong

Catching errors and missing data, and knowing how far to trust it.

04Using it responsibly

Private data, checking before you send, and who makes the call.

05Building with it

Turning a repeated task into a simple workflow, without over-building.

The night

Doors open at 7:22.

Questions
What is Interview-thon?

A free live online event by Tadween. Hosts run the show on air, everyone takes the same AI voice interview at the same moment, and the final order is revealed live at 8:00.

Is it free?

Yes. No payment and no credits, for everyone.

Is it a course or a test?

A live test, with a plan after: one interview, your level and report the same night, then free practice on Tadween.

What will I need?

A phone or laptop, a working mic and a quiet spot for the evening. Your link arrives by email before the night.

Do I need to be technical?

No. Questions come from your own field, and they test how you work with AI, not how much you know about it.

Arabic or English?

Either. You choose the language of your interview.

Who sees my results?

Only you, until you choose to share your badge. Winners are announced by first name, and only with their consent.

How are prizes decided?

By score. The $1,000 pool goes to the top scores overall, plus sponsor prizes. The split is announced before the night.

Why does the leaderboard freeze at 7:45?

So the final order can be revealed live on air at 8:00. Interviews keep running until 7:57.
