Digital Goods

All Tadween credits and services are digital goods delivered instantly upon purchase. Due to the immediate delivery and consumable nature of these digital products, they are generally non-refundable once purchased.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable: Credit packages once purchased, AI-generated content including job profiles, resumes, and cover letters, any credits that have been partially or fully consumed.

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances, such as: Technical errors on Tadween's side that prevented service delivery, duplicate charges due to payment processing errors, or service failures that we are unable to resolve. Each case will be reviewed individually.
